I was looking for a lightweight browser, and despite many people suggesting Firefox (LOL) I finally found what I was looking for.

http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/

This browser is perfect for my old laptop, as it rarely goes above 100mb. Even now, I have two tabs open and YouTube. But it doesn't get updated much and my fear is that it might be an unsafe browser to use. Can I use it? I'm a good boy, I don't go to sneaky piracy sites or sites with a ton of pop-ups.

AFAIK it is safe and it is based on Firefox ERS24(Extended Support Release) Gecko engine, like Pale Moon, so it should be safe. Plus there is a RC version (75.0 RC2 Update 5), which was released on April 18, 2015, so it is being actively developed, you can use that RC version if you think that it is outdated.

Besides K-Meleon, there are a few others lightweight browsers(Midori, Qupzilla, etc), but they aren't really stable right now. IMO your best bet for lightweight browsing would be K-Meleon, SeaMonkey(which isn't lightweight as K-Meleon if I am right, but LXLE and Puppy Linux (lightweight Linux distros) use them as their main browser, plus it can replace some background apps) or Pale Moon(Which is just a little lighter than FF)

  • x65943 @ x65943:
If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
  • JuanMena @ JuanMena:
    Just kiss me Kyle.
  • x65943 @ x65943:
You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
  • x65943 @ x65943:
"Just kiss me Kyle." And I thought all the godreborn gay stuff was a smear campaign
