Is it worth getting a ds/dslite?

I already halve a DSi but I’m thinking about it because some games require gba expansion packs and you can put in a ez flash for better gba compatibility

Sure, but DS FAT and LITES has Touchscreen Pressure Sensitivity.

Aside of that, no, I'd stick with a DSi XL.
