Is it safe to rehack a hacked 3ds?

oki just to throw it out, what i usually do is have a backup of my whole sd, have all my cia files in there too, throw it to a brand new sd and put it in my new 3ds, i jus access it by rosilina men and go to homebrew launcher, then in fbi, and redownload all my tickets and cia files into it and change the theme and there's that

If you're suggesting using the backup of one SD card in a different 3DS without doing a System Transfer, then all the encrypted data into the "Nintendo 3DS" folder is going to be completely unusable in the different 3DS and will just needlessly take up space.

oh my bad,i apolagize about that. well, what i meant to say is tha if you own like a japanse 3ds that's region unlocked. you cant really system transfer anything while eshop wont work anymore. if system transfer work, then you could do all of that and still have it saved!
