Hardware Is it possible to partition HDD?

USB3.0 supports 2.0 interfaces, so it should probably be fine unless you have a 3TB+ partition, I think there were problems with that.
I know USB3.0 should support 2.0, but I think the problem might be the loader as my HDD works fine in neogamma but doesn't work in USBloaderGX.I think it depends on the loader.I'll check if my HDD is supported

Huh, strange. Then again, as long as you find a loader that works with your HDD and supports FAT32, it should be fine. You could try CFG loader and Wiiflow. (I use CFG myself)
