Is it possible to overclock a PS Vita's display?

Not the CPU/GPU. The display. Going over 60hz.
I know the simple answer would be 'no', but I was curious and couldn't find any talk about this anywhere.

I was doing input lag testing on my Vita 2k, and I noticed the ghosting on the 2k screen;
it's not noticeable unless comparing directly to my laptop screen, but I wonder if there's some sort of way to "overdrive" the panel like you oftentimes see in gaming laptops
or better yet, overclock the screen to 65, 70, or even 75hz.

There was a similar thread about OCing the 3DS display, and it was really interesting seeing the results of Sono's testing, and them even having a playable demo of it.

I doubt overclocking would play nice with an OLED or IPS panel, but it would at least be interesting for homebrew developers to try.
