PS1/2 Is it possible to make a PS Store for PS2?

well you would need a reliable place that's (legal) to host them, but connecting in general would be a feat in itself

Just curious, how exactly would something like this work? PS2 has no internal memory outside of a fat ps2 so even if something like this was possible, the ps2 slim would be out of luck for this. Also not sure if every type of ps2 homebrew would run from a harddrive inside of a fat ps2.

Thats somthing I'll deal with when I get started

The best idea was something like Wii U USB Helper, a program on the computer which you can easily download everything in one place (a good idea is to make it create ISOs and discs to burn with selected apps) because PS2 have very limited storage to make it inside the console itself. External storage dont work very well because it depends how the console is set up. If it already has Free MC Boot or a newe modchip such as Thunder Pro II, yes it can work, but if it has a old modchip or swap magic, it doesnt work, so you need to run on Memory Card or DVD.

If only the backwards compatibility on ps3 had true ps2 proper compatible support. They should have made it the same way nintendo had wii support on wii u, make a wii firmware inside of the ps3 to load on home menu. Then we just homebrew it from there or something, just copy free mc boot to ps3 memory card that is emulated on ps2. :P

(Do i sound dumb yet, if i do, then please say so)
