The above code is for the pokemon soul silver edition all encountered pokemon are shiny cheat. I was wondering if it is at all possible to insert that code into my cheat database in my acekard files?

I downloaded a file for soul silver, however it does not have the code above, is it possible to insert the RAW CODE numbers etc. Into the file and make it playable? or do I have to wait for someone to do that for me? PLEASE ONLY POST IF YOU KNOW WHAT I AM ASKING OR IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION, DO NOT TELL ME TO GO TO "PATCHES" AND SELECT THE DATABASE, THAT IS NOT WHAT I AM ASKING! THANKS
