ROM Hack is it possible to downgrade from 11.0 to 9.2 without oot3d or ninjahax, just homebrew?

i hacked the nintendo 3ds by browserhax, but i need to know if i can downgrade from 11.0 to 9.2 or 10.3, can i do it or not?

NOTE: i don't have ocarina of time 3d or cubic ninja.

You can't without hard mod or another 3ds on hackable firmware

Hi,

You cannot downgrade directly through homebrew as of yet. Your only options for 11.0 are as follows:

• DSiWare/System Transfer (Must have another CFW 3DS to perform this.)
• Hardmod

Also note, as you appear to be confused over that: The entrypoint, aka if you use ninjhax / oot3dhax or menuhax has basicly no relevance. I read that browserhax has problems with sysUpdater, but I can't confirm that. The actual problem is that the exploit that would enable the downgrade was fixed in 11.0.
