Hax 2.5 is far too unstable. Sometimes it won't boot (yellow screen) whereas I never had this problem with hax 2.1.

it boots 0% of the time for me but you can use this http://gbatemp.net/threads/re-release-bootctr-a-simple-boot-manager-for-3ds.401630/ and the boot rate goes up to like %95
The problem lies within the menuhax boot, not the boot manager (which can only load after menuhax has been successful)
