Hello, I bought the smash ultimate cartridge and I would like to buy a save of these that they sell, my question is, will they ban me for this? And another question, I currently have my oled with hwfly, can't I do this process? According to the description it is a totally legal save

You do have a chance of getting banned since you are giving someone else access to your account and editing the save data.

Sounds like a massive red flag. Cartridges with hacked saves will most certainly get you banned if you're online, the cartridge is linked to the console that it was played on with a key.

If you have a hacked console, you can just use a save manager to inject the save yourself without all of the hassle.

I can put that save without problems in the hack part of my switch, what I want to do is put it in the sysnand

You need to dump your sysnand, inject said save on your PC and then repack it.
I don't recommend you do it if you gonna use it online.

OP. Can I ask about your intention with the save file? Do you want to use it online?

If you do:

Give up. You are chancing a ban and risking going offline permanently (unless you want to ad-hoc with a niche of players).

If you don't, and you want to use it for offline purposes:

You can do it without getting banned. You just have to understand how emunand/emummc work, and make sure you take proper precautions. In this scenario, you would be wasting money on buying that save, when you can just put it in yourself.
