Okay, now I live in Australia. And Hulu is restricted to just the United States, so my older brother downloaded a program that pretty much acts as a proxy so I can access sites in the United States.

Now I'm wondering if this is warranting my security. I don't want anything to happen to my computer so I thought I'd ask.

Oh and if this question breaks the GBATemp rules, remove it.

I use Hotspot Sheild to watch Hulu (Glee) all the time and have had no problems whatsoever. It was 100% clean when I downloaded it and if anything it makes you more safe because you are untraceable. The only thing is that ads sometimes pop up at the top of the web browser, but it is a simple click to remove these and it is well worth it =)

I use Hotspot. What he said is that it's clean and perfect but the only annoying thing is that it sometimes adds ads at the top of the page. (I use adblock to get rid of that :P )
Other than that, yeah it's great but might slightly slow down the internet by barely anything.
I'd giving a rating 9 out of 10.
Use it.
