You can use themehax with Luma, or you could use the KeksCakesFW browser entrypoint.

Put the ropbin payload of your FW (you can download it from "smealum.github.io/3ds") and place it on your SD root with this name: "menuhaxmanager_input_payload.bin".
After that,menuhax as usual but pressing "X" at the moment of pressing install.

Well. Its huge for me. I thought menuhax needs web site to download from.

Tried to find anything about offline install. But didnt.

About Tinyformat i don't even what what its never used before even when setup my new 3ds with A9LH.

I was thinking how can i boot HBL if can't open the website to. Luckly my friend has sky3ds and im using ninja hax
