Hacking Is boot9strap needed for Luma3DS

i have a question. Is boot9strap needed for Luma3DS? the reason why i say this is because both of them is cfw but why do i need a cfw (boot9strap) to get another cfw (Luma3DS) on my 3ds. 1. Do I need boot9strap to get Luma3DS, if i do where can i get a magnet and ntrboot flashed flashcart

B9S is the entrypoint of luma. its not a actual cfw. Thats all luma3ds.
