Hacking Is backing up a 9.2 sysnand possible without any hardware mod?

Ok, so i just found out about the newest gateway update, and that its now possible to downgrade the 3ds firmware to 4.5, i would love test that, the only problem is that i am a bit worried about losing my eShop games and all that stuff, so is it possible to backup my 9.2 nand, so i can return to it whenever i want?

You can backup but you can't restore it without hardware mod.
