ROM Hack Is a KH Hack like this possible?

In the vid you see above its shown various org members using weapons from other members. Such as Larxene with Xemnas weapons.
I was wondering, is it possible to make a hack or a code with which the final boss

Perhaps a bot file switch or something similiar? If theres something like that that is.
Perhaps a final boss with Roxas's dual wield weapons?

There are already cheats that change the model of the weapon Roxas carries (well, to stick and stuff like that), so I don't think that by fiddling around that code it would be possible to any person to use any other persons weapons. But you should know, that it will probably look glitched and stupid and not as neat as it seems on your mind.

I know that you can change the weapon and character but, I don't think you can swap the combos or else it may make the character go on a T-Stance.
Maybe try making new skills to swap it instead of switching the moves. It might work but, it CAN be like KH2 swapping the character's moves with another one.

If you change the weapon, the moves and combos will remain the same.
