Is 3DSGamerWorld.com a scam?

I ordered from them and didn't hear anything.
When I sent them questions about the order, at first they would not return my emails.

As of today, I just get a bounce-back saying the Mail cannot be delivered

It's been 2 days.

The reason I asked is because I ordered two cards, a Sky3DS from 3DSGamerWorld and a Gateway from another place (ModChipsDirect)

According to the tracking number, the Gateway shipped yesterday and will be here day after tomorrow.
I haven't heard anything at all about the Sky from 3DSGamerWorld and now their emails are bouncing back.

I just now received a message saying the cards are on backorder and won't be in for another 3 days. (The web site says in stock.)

Also, the bounce-back is apparently due to the email server being in China and some issue on their side.
It should've told me that they are out of stock so I could have bought from the other guys that do have it in stock...

Ordered a Gateway from them, and it came after a few days.
