Homebrew IRC DS GBATemp

Ive never used IRC befor soo i have soem question in the dS homebrew IRC DS
what do I type for:
Server Address
and
port
it also says pasword(opt.) do i put anything here
I want to join the gbatemp irc room and acekard irc room

Port: 5190

I personally use Clirc since you can connect to 3 servers instead 1 in ircds

I recommend to use ClIRC. Its much better than IRCDS

Yeah, I go with Clirc. It also has the gbatemp irc server in it's default settings.

thanks im using clirc i like the gui and the fact you can have 3 servers at a time its pretty good and stable

Its the best one. I actually like it more than the App I have on my ipod touch.

Well, I use Chatzilla with Firefox. The last few days I've tried to connect, it either wouldn't let me, or there was absolutely no one there. So I've just said to hell with IRC.

People were whining at me to be on IRC more, so I attempt to do so and then IRC flakes out. Screw it!

I was never much of an IRC person.

All it seemed like to me was just a bunch of non-sense going on when it did work, so I'm not missing anything.
