A neat little program that will download any Apple IOS .ipsw, extra features include a detailed description of the .ipsw, as well as what program can jailbreak that IOS, it tells you what baseband it might update your device to and lists many helpful links to applications you may want.
The program is compatible with Mac and Windows.

Doesn't have anything fancy like details about the iOS version or the tools to jailbreak it, but you can easily find that with a quick Google anyway. I am personally against downloading programs to do things that don't need it.

It's a neat program.makes it easier for some people.I will get it soon as I have a pc that works,unless I can't upgrade anymore cause I have a 3rd gen.
