Homebrew Ipod to Wii??

Is there an application that will let me play my ipod through my wii, just got an ipod classic and havent had the chance to order a docking station yet, hate using earphones.

Anyhow ....Some people have a dedicated dock/speaker unit ....

eg..

Instead of a HI-FI system to playback their entire collection when they are at home as its a convenient way of having 80gb or more of music in one handy package or some use it in the kitchen or bathroom

same as some people buy the FM adapter to connect their IPOD to their car stereo and play their music in the car!

whats so odd about that?!


to answer the question AS ABOVE connect it to your PC and playback using ITUNES or WMP etc (connect as a removable device)

Would a modded Wii be able to "see" the iPod as an external drive and play the music off of it?

if you can run an mp3 player or MPlayer-CE, then just plug your ipod through the usb and it should work.

try xwhiite, a wii linux distro thingy. it has ipod support to allow playing ipod through wii
