Apple iPod Problem

So I let my brother have a go on my iPod and this happened:

How do I reverse this?

So I found put that when you triple tap the home button it goes away. And that those shots don't show what is going on.
It seems that all the colours are negative.

Are you talking about the theme on your iPod?

No the theme was working fine until my brother whent on. I've already tried disabling all themes in winterboard.
Basically, the screen is a negative of those shots.
If I had Computer access I'd be able to show you...

Settings>General>Accessability>Black On White.
Some other cool stuff in there. Magnifier may come in handy.

Which settings do you mean on ipod settings or something?
and what's the name of the theme?
