Hi! I found my old iPhone 4s but when it boot up it need a apple id. I don't remember it, i tried use iTunes to fix it but it don't work. Can i somehow factory reset it? Please help!

Hello, mate. I've just recently had this problem myself. Trying to reset a 4s that is. I first had to put the thing in recovery mode then I had to reset it through itunes. Afterwards I had to sign in using this "apple id" thing. I was stuck on that step for a while. When you reset it through itunes, the device still remains linked to the id that was on there. You need to find the email for the id and its password as well. If you've forgotten the password then you can use the support webpage to help you through that, but if you've forgotten the email for the id, you might be out of luck. I was lucky in the sense that my relative also used the same id on another device which allowed me to find the information that I needed. You can try to go out and get the id unlinked in a shop, however it's not 100% trustable and it can also be quite expensive. If you've found your id, you need to sign into the apple id webpage and from there you can unlink it. These things are honestly more complex than they ought to've been, I say.

Why's that?
i think its just because its an old phone, like i have a 4 but it doesn't really work in 2022, like if i want anything it either doesn't work outright or i have to find "last compatible version" its nice for a talk piece and a bit of nostalgia, but not usable, unless you want like an old ipod like device.

Mine's still working. I'm able to use everything that I need it for. I guessing it's just the expectations of the people that've changed.

Well unfortunately Apple has made older devices much less compatible with app store requirements for 64bit/high ios requirements, so it's less capable than it once was, in that sense
