Hacking IOS222 Loader?

Is there a loader that runs on IOS202, 222, or 223?

I want to keep rev14 and use Hermes' cIOS just to load MPT...

Most loaders support 222 / 223 and 249.

USB Loader GX and Configurable USB Loader allow you to change the IOS in the game load settings. WiiFlow has separate files for 249 and 222/223.

I meant for disc loading. I don't want to play MPT in veteran mode so that's the only game I use a disc for, and I want to run MP3 from the same disc.

I also run VC/WW through Triiforce so downgrading cIOS isn't an option

USB,loader GX and uLoader can both boot games from DVDr using either IOS.
