IOS Version Patcher 1.0

Description:

This application patches the data that specifies which IOS version to use to execute a Wii game.

How to use:

Just drag the Wii game ISO onto the executable and input an IOS
version.

For most games, IOS version 30 is recommended (IOS30, firmware 3.0 and higher).

What can we do with this application:

- With this application we CAN'T patch the IOS37 nor avoid it when upgrading the Wii.

- With this application we CAN run SSBB without update the Wii (and probably we'll be able to run Mario Kart even if it wants to use the IOS37).

SSBB gives me a black screen when I boot it. I'm skipping the update with freeloader, I guess that's what causing it.
So if I edit the iso and set it to ios30, it should boot?
