Apple iOS Developing

So I'm starting developing apps for iPhone, when I saw you need to be on the Apple Developer program to test code on a device.
Can Cydia get round this?
I won't get the money to join for a few months yet.

Yes. I remember Cydia having a developer mode when installing.
And yea, Cydia is here to install non-apple code.
So you will probably have to put your app on the iPhone using SSH..
