Is the V6S better than V6? I see updated firmwares for V6S but is V6 still on 1.0? Is the V6 no longer being updated? Is it still a usable chip as opposed to the V6S?

Far as I know the v6s was the new version. And had updated firmware. No updates for the v6 though. I haven't been able find the v6s for sale recently they all just disappeared. The v6 is still available though.
Read a post somewhere else that claimed there was something wrong with the v6s chips but I haven't seen or heard anything about it since. All the v6s installs I've seen are really nice and they seem to run really smooth.

Yeah I was a little confused because I just got a handful of V6 chips but I started thinking are these EOL?
I had issues with some v6s with the red light flashing once in a while. It happened 2 out of 5 installs and switching to a v6 fixed the issue, so I stopped using them. Maybe the new firmware fixed the issue but I didn't have the chance to test it
