installNCA 110: invalid NCA magic install error on ONE nsp file

Hi,
I0'm trying to re-install final fantasy XII zodiac age on my switch, but the title error appears.
I've tried other nsp files, but they are installed correctly, I think is an issue with some residual installation files from previous installations.

How can i clean these files?

I saw that errors only on garbage input files.
