Installing Windows 8 from Virtual Drive????

Ok so maybe I covered the whole subject via the subject.

I don't have a 4gb memory stick nor do I have a DVD-Drive on my netbook but want to upgrade to Windows 8, as I've heard it better performance wise. Does anyone know if it possible to just use a virtual drive with an iso image to upgrade?

You can run a file you don't need either dvd or memory stick. Its on MS website.
