Hacking Installing Wads With a Modchip installed

I have a Drivekey modchip installed.

I want to some Wiiware games so i install Homebrew Channel via Bannerbomb (4.2) and then place my wads in the wad folder on my sd card. I then place Wad Manager 1.5 into my Apps folder Correctly.

I start up wad manager and i get to teh point where i have to select an IOS. When i select 249 it freezes same with IOS 30.

Do i need to install CIOS or something like that?

You're selecting stubs. Aside from that, you need to restore the trucha bug to install wads; there is a page in the Complete Softmod Guide.
