Hacking Installing LetterBomb twice?

I'm having an obscure problem. I've deleted the Homebrew Channel for some dumb reason on my Wii and now my disc drive is broken. Now I want to hack my Wii so I can play my GameCube games, albeit digitally. I used LetterBomb the first time to install the Homebrew Channel, and I think I installed HackMii or BootMii, I'm not sure. Is it safe to install LetterBomb for the second time, with HackMii or not?

yes, you can run the letterbomb as many times as you like
