Hacking Installing HBC

is there any other way to install HBC?
i foolishly upgraded to 3.3u

can't use the twilight hack as i don't have the game..

i want to try the downgrader.. but it seems risky. anyone had success using the downgrader?
i also dun have the ios file needed to install cIOS and downgrade..

any help? thanks!

the inner ring code that differentiates the regions..

as far as i know only legit copies of zelda can be used for the twilight hack.
