Hi, i have a Fat model running Evilnat 4.89 and have a question about installing games.

I got through the installing of CFW without having to ask questions and have managed to get games on the Hard drive and can play them by opening mmCM and mounting the game i want to play then backing out to the main menu where it will become playable but am i doing things right or is there a better way where i can permanently install games so they are playable without that step?

I also have a question about going online please.

I got this PS3 for free recently and never even looked into creating an online account, i just got straight to researching CFW and it was running CFW within 3 hours of picking up the console, i didnt even boot a disk game on it first lol

Is the PS3 online system still active and if it is, whats the score with using it on a console running CFW?
I have no intention of using cheats, i just want to play online if i can, if you behave (i hate cheaters anyway), is going online possible?

Thanks, Steve.

1.Use this instead of Multiman:

https://github.com/aldostools/webMAN-MOD

2. Going online with a modified console always involves some risks.........there are some tools that can help you avoid a console ban but if you ask me it's not worth it

3.The online system is still active.......but there is not much going on these days

There are also a few private servers for some games such as Warhawk and Demon Souls

Thanks!

I am confused about how to get Webman Mod, it has a 'how to build' section which does not tell you how to build, just lists requirements?

I knew some consoles were risky when running CFW, my modded switch is one of those that is a big no no but you can dual boot with stock firmware to go online with legitimate FW.

The Wii was safe and the 3DS and Wii U are safe online with CFW so i was hoping that the PS3 would but im not hugely bothered about going online if i cant, i take it there is no Stock/CFW dual boot for the PS3?
