Homebrew Installing CIAs don't work...

I got FBI yesterday, and I tried installing Fire Emblem and NSMB2: Gold Edition.
I'm pretty sure they are legit CIAs. (aren't all Gold Editions legit?)
I always get to the invalid command error.

Oh, then it will take you a lot of tries to get it to work. If it doesn't say "Done." on the first screen, then that means it won't work, you gotta try again
