Homebrew Installing CIA files with NASA -- Help?

Trying to install Luigi's Mansion : Dark Moon with a .cia file. I try to install it through NASA and it says it completes, only to not be found on the home screen or the imported CIA's. Any help?

Its a long guide just follow each step as carefully as possible, don't try any workaround to any step ask questions here if you run into a problem, you should end up with CFW after that you can install as many games as you like.

Start after the REDNAND part (in your case replace REDNAND for EMUNAND)

the whole guide is to set up a emunand (he one in the guide is rednand but any emunand works) and when you have emunand do the whole process to have cfw on sysnand. Give me a sec and ill tell you where to start.

He doesn't have a emuNAND he has menuhax and he's using NASA that means he has a stock 10.3 version 3ds he needs to follow the guide exactly how it is

Well you could use NASA just to install one game, or a couple of games which are legit cia's but after that your options are limited, so its recommended you install A9lh or follow the guide till part 3 then setup CFW+menuhax to cut down on the steps and time used up so yeah its your own choice from there.

Edit: please confirm if you have CFW or not.

try using FBi, or better yet, CIAngel.
