I'm new to this, but have read alot. I have the homebrew channel installed v9, but I can't get backup v. gamma installed because cios installer won't install. I get an error -1017. I have read of others having this issue and it was recommended to run the ios downgrader v1. I did this and nothing happens, it just reboots the wii. I'm stuck, can someone help out? Thanks.
