I just installed RxTools 3.0 beta 2 on my o3ds 9.2. and it took only about 2 minutes. but, when I load Rxtools, it doesn't really give me an option to go to sysnand. so, I really have no clue on how to install the vcgba on sysnan too.

Hold L during the boot sequence and you will be given options to boot to sysnand with elevated permissions.
