Hacking Install failed on RxTools (FBI)

Hello everybody! Sorry for the late reply. I didn't want to risk bricking my 3DS since I'm still a beginner so I paid a few bucks and sent it to a professional. I'll probably get it at the beginning of the next week and then I'll report my results.
Thanks for the help guys. I'd still be stuck with rxTools if you didn't help me out.

Edit: About installing the BBM cia... Unfortunately, it showed me the exact same error when I tried installing it.
Also, my FW was 9.2, or 9.2.0-4E to be exact, for those who wanted to know.

Edit 2: Also, for those who want to know, the guy I sent the 3DS to will completely erase everything on the console and start from scratch. He will apply A9LH. He told me it's better, easier to use and it has more possibilities than the 'out-dated' rxTools. As I already mentioned, I will report my results, and if it will work, then picking A9LH was the right solution. Again, thanks everybody.

Wow, some time passed since my last response. Sorry about that, I was just having fun playing the greatest games the 3DS has to offer
I received the console on Wednesday, and I have to say A9LH is a lot better than R4. I mean, I don't have to turn it on every time, installing a game is much simplier, and I can update without any fear of the deletion of the mod, which means online multiplayer. Awesome!

So, what was the problem? Well, it most likely was the SD card. The modder said that it's faulty because it didn't work well and he just couldn't install all the necessary stuff on it. He was kind enough to give me a 4GB SD card and he installed everything on it. Afterwards I bought a 32GB SD card and I copied all the files and folders from the 4GB SD card (including hidden files) and it works like a charm
So, if you get a similiar problem as I had, just try switching between SD cards, that might be a solution to this problem.

Anyways, thanks guys. Now excuse me, I'm about to play some 3DS. Cheers!

Whatever you spent at least you can be sure it was worth the money and yeah, you will enjoy the crap out of your 'New' 3DS
