Hacking Install CIA from A9LH?

Okay so I was installing clean titles to my sysnand but the FBI version didn't like me overwriting the Home Menu and now it's bricked. I don't have a backup of the NAND recently but my emunand is still fine and I can boot payloads with luma no problem. It's just a mostly stock Japanese nand but I'd like to fix it if possible. Can I install CIAs at all from Brahma?

Is the emunand region changed? If not use hourglass9 or decrypt9 to restore the emunand to sysnand making sure the keep a9lh option is chosen. (Obviously we don't want to loose it) then sysnand is fixed and you can downgrade or upgrade to whatever firm you want.

It is, can I clone my region changed nand to sysnand or not?

I would normally say no... Although with a9lh and luma it should run but you'll have no eshop etc like in the region changed emunand. Of course once its running you can change it back to the region you want to theoretically fix that.
