So I have noticed a massive input delay with my pro controller (it is a legit official one) when I play smash on my switch my pro controller would have a bad input delay and also miss input occasionally, enough to deter me from playing, Now at first i just think, well I just need to "git gud scrub" but then I tried smash on yuzu with my PS5 controller and it was WONDERFUL. Unrecognizable input delay, fast & responsive. I could use my PS5 controller in wired mode on my switch. Then I looked at the latency in the pro controller in the PC it says 13.5 ms delay! in comparison to my PS5 controllers 3.5ms.
Anyone else notice that delay?

Switch bluetooth protocol is pretty relaxed, only checks in about once per frame it seems, and even its USB polling rate is low. So yes its a laggy controller for a laggy system. Still for cutting down input lag I might look at your TV if its a different display from what you play Yuzu on, because I'd be surprised if an emulator can beat even a laggy native machine.
