Hardware Incorrect Diode Values

New switch arrived. After checking USB-C port i found, that some of diode values are incorrect. So i assume that would be broken port so i removed it. After removal every pin seems to be intact and port itself also OK. But if i measure diode value again on mainboard PIN i have still the same incorrect values

PIN 4 and 9 - VBUS shows OL
PIN 8 SBU1 shows OL

It means that those two PINS have broken continuity somewhere on board ?
