I am just confused about stealth mode and incognito.

are they the same thing ?

can I use both on sx os or will they interfere with eachother ?

can i use 90dns also with incognito and stealthmode ?

There's no point using 90DNS along with stealth mode. Stealth Mode is just a DNS server.

Stealth mode is no DNS you can see it the fields of DNS is empty when using it and you can use other DNS servers with it

No Incognito deletes your Certificates which are used to ban a console BUT when Nintendo doesnt has a CERT maybe they log you and then ban you when you disable it
Stealth mode is a simple Nintendo blocker.

It is nintendos console. They still can log your serial number and other unique identifications. What kind of data nintendo really logs is not completely known.
It is not a matter of 'how', it is a matter of 'when do they do it'

how can they log you if they don't know who you are??

they really know who u r.
for example your complete rest of the ProdInfo WITH CONSOLE DATA is readable for nintendo and who know maybe Nintendo does a check for go from 0x15 in Hex to 0xFF and this data would be something like the Console ID
