Does anybody know how to install L&R switches I just bought them from: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.13264 I am not good with electronics but I am delicate I need simple instructions to replace these.

Even with simple instructions, this is quite a difficult repair.
You need to be pretty handy with a soldering iron to install these switches.
The hardest part is actually removing the existing switches (without damaging the M/B).
If you think you're up to it, google "chipquik" which makes removing the old switch much easier, though still 'risky'.
