I recently purchased an R4 and thoughy id join the forum to learn more, seems like a great place with some really useful information (the R4 DS guide made me purchase one).

R4 is good now thanks to Wood, so it's not a major issue you got an R4, I just suggest you get something else, like Acekard 2i or Supercard DSTwo when you can. But feel free to take your time. And also, welcome.
