Factory reset and booting into OFW does nothing to decrease your ban risk. What Kafluke is saying is that your nand is permanently 'dirty' since you didn't do a backup prior to installing CFW. Backing up now is pointless as Nintendo can still detect if CFW has been installed on your Switch. Your only option is to rebuild your nand.
