Homebrew im having a problem with wiisx beta 2

i just decided to try out wiisx beta 2 and i put mortal kombat trilogy on my sd card
the game started ok but as soon as it gets the the dragon logo fmv it crashes to this screen

any idea what could be causing this? i know that the game works because i have seen videos of it being played on youtube

because filling the other topic with problems would lead to 2 things
1. the problems would never get an answer
2. people who go there to look at compatability will have to go through loads of posts like mine to find what they want to know
