Homebrew Icy Tower for ds? is it possible?

i had an awesome idea... icy tower on the ds, how good would that be if we could have a similair game to icy tower on a portable device

would anyone consider taking this project? if not thats ok i just think lots of people would love the game, but i suck at game making and that kinda stuff
