ROM Hack I think I got scammed

Hello, I have ordered an r4 3ds dual core from r43ds.org. I thought it was legit but it has been 9 days. I don't know if I got scammed or not. But, I live in California and I was wondering if any of you guys have recieved a product from this site and can provide evidence. Also, how long did it take for you guys to get a card (if you did). Thank you.

When I ordered from another website I dont remember at the moment, I only got it in 17 days, I live in spain though...
Also, I recommend you to always buy from nds-card.com they arrive in around 15 days, but they are never a scam.

if seller is despatching item from China, they are currently celebrating Lunar's new year and both postal service and shops are all closed atm. so you have to wait one more week for ur item to be delivered.

Probably not, when I ordered mine it took nearly a month to come but it did come eventually. They'll also probably ask you to sign for it when it comes so be prepared for that.
