First of all why would you even try to update to a firmware that
A)isn't even out officially yet
B)Hasn't been fully tested and fully deemed" Safe to use" with whatever CFW you choose to use?

Second of all, looks like TX talked a lot of talk about their update being compatible with OFW 6.0.0 but it seems that's not the case. Did they properly test the update before even releasing it? Course one person does not a rule make but still

I can confirm this,
I also updated with ChoiDuJourNX, exfat. Horizon boots fine but SX OS doesn't, just blackscreens.

I updated to 6.0.0 exfat with ChoiDujourNX when it was first leaked and was able to start it with Hekate (with 6.0 support) and had no issues...

How? I get package errors for all of them - Hekate and Atmosphere fail at package1, Rei at package and freezes at Patching OS.
Can't seem to find a version with 6.0 support
