i want to buy the shantae dsi game (via eshop), so its worth the price?

I'd say go read a couple of reviews and/or watch some gameplay footage, that's the only way to find out if you like a game before you buy it.
For what I've heard it's a nice game, but that doesn't mean you'll like it.

For the money you could get some other games like mighty switch force

It is a great game. Good length, fun. It is a real standalone game like some others. Not like most crappy DSi ware games.

But what I'm dark link said, Mighty Switch Force and Pullblox/Pushmo instead.

I only played Shantae on GBC and loved it. It sure was one of the best GBC games. I'm also planning to get Risky's Revenge as soon as possible.

I have the game myself and for the 1:30 hours playing it I would recommend 1 or 2 other dsi/3ds ware games before getting Shantae. It's a fun game you'll get your bang for your buck based on the length, gameplay, and graphics. Overall it's good not great but good.
