Did I get banned?

So, I installed some things in tinfoil using syscfw because I didn't had any games in emucfw and I had to use the system override mode. The game I installed wouldn't work, and after searching for some minutes in Google about that, it said that my console was banned from Nintendo's services.

After going back to stock firmware, I can still use my Nintendo account and the eShop, and access the Nintendo Switch Online emulators to play. I'm confused now.

Restore a NAND backup made before pirating anything, and pray to Miyamoto that Nintendo doesn't already have your current logs.
