Hacking I need help

So I had Hombrew on my 3Ds (OLD) and wanted to install CFW so I did that with a turtorial of Jack Sorrell on YouTube.
But 1 Problem is that I can’t open my homebrew via The steel diver app and also If I remove any file from the SD card my 3Ds won’t turn on it gives a blue flash. and My console is slow with loading apps if I put my gamecard in my 3Ds Like Ultra Moon than I try to start and It takes like 1 minute before opening and also going back to home menu and closing the game takes even more like 2 Minutes!

is the blue flash the power led turning on then back off?

I think because of My 3DS is in CFW and it needs those file like boot.firm and luma and else to start up

I am new to 3DS hacking but I just want to access Homebrew is their no other way? after I already installed CFW

• Not booting without SD-card.

⟹ Seems B9S and Luma are already installed. Good. Congratulations, the hard work is done. You can enjoy soon.

Download boot.3dsx (if missing) and put it on the root of your SD. After that follow the finalizing-setup page of the guide.
After that your 3DS will boot without SD-card because boot.firm will additionally be installed to the NAND (only a failsafe measurement, keep boot.firm on the SD). Homebrew Menu will be installed as a standalone app – no more starting Steel Diver to launch homebrew.

A whole minute to boot Ultra Moon is long. But in general (has nothing to do with cfw) booting and leaving extended memory mode (mode 3) games on the old 2/3DS models takes longer than with other games because the whole system reboots.
